The location here is fantastic, especially if you want to be right next to the park and close to the city center.

We stayed 8 nights here, yet it was a REALLY REALLY NICE experience. Check-in was early. Marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk from Space, loved it.

The setting was magnificent.

Great central location, just a short walk to the city center and all its attractions. The spacious apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a romantic escape. The private parking was a convenient addition, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about finding a parking spot.

Communication with the staff was also poor, as we didn't receive a response to our messages and emails regarding the issues we encountered. the noise from other guests kept us awake late into the night, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay.

The apartment is beautiful, with a perfect location near the town center, garden with champagne, and the university campus.

The early check-in was a major plus as it allowed us to start our day right away. The building itself had a charming and well-maintained classical feel to it. The apartment was spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. the location was perfect for us, just a short 5-minute walk to the city center. The price was also very reasonable considering all the amenities offered.

There were a few issues during our stay. there was a loud electrical buzz coming from the boiler room that we couldn't turn off, which was quite bothersome.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at The Broderick and it was the best serviced apartment I've ever rented in Leeds. The location is ideal, staff were friendly and went out of their way to help when my car broke down. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The off-street parking was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
